Digital Planner Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our planners, all sales are final once the download link is accessed. Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense.

Before You Buy: We strongly encourage you to download and review the free preview version of each planner before making a purchase. The preview provides a comprehensive look at the planner's design, layout, and features to help you make an informed decision.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you're not satisfied with Pipstario within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund.

Important Notes:

  • The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first payment
  • Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge
  • Upon refund, your access to premium features will be immediately revoked

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible subscription:

Exceptions and Special Cases

Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:

  • Digital planner purchase where the download link was already accessed
  • Subscription renewal payments (only first payment is eligible)

Subscription Cancellations

No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you can continue using the Service until the end of your paid period.

Free Trial Policy

Our 14-day free trial allows you to explore Pipstario's features before committing to a paid subscription. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and permanently ban your account. Please contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
